The St Benedicts Hospital was a facility run by the Benedictine Sisters in San Antonio for many years. The building had been left abandoned and undeveloped for over 20 years.
This adaptive re-use respected the existing building massing and institutional character while implementing modern interventions of new contemporary additions necessary for urban living today. The project includes 68 units of both live and work spaces creating a vibrant and diverse urban living experience.
