Lago Vista Village is a multifamily development on Apache Creek in the City of San Antonio’s west side. The first phase 90-unit infill project will turn a portion of Apache Creek into a linear park.

The master plan calls for phasing in mixed-use commercial/residential buildings along Commerce Street, additional single-family, and elderly housing at the center of the site. The individual buildings facing Apache Creek will have balconies and front stoops that face the park. A lighthouse will act as a landmark for this neighborhood. Future development will continue the pedestrian and bicycle access along Apache Creek.
